Infrastructure involves the widespread applications of technology, which includes transportation, communication and energy.

Infrastructure implies globalism; accepts the planet a priori as a community; leading to a frontierless world and world peace.

We should be ever mindful of the ethical consequences, social and economic costs of technology. We should seek to minimize our demand for infrastructure and carefully choose appropriate technology and dissemination scale.

Infrastructure should be designed to be at the service of the individual and the common good, protect and encourage the privacy of individuals and the community.

A globalized infrastructure should be promoted based on instantaneous widely available communications.

Social & environmental responsibility

Quality of living and experiencing is the primary goal. This requires the rebalancing of the major variables that influence the environment in which we live.
The primary elements essential to the quality of living and environment include art, design, science, economics, cultural evolution and refinement.
It is essential that everyone has the opportunity for a full sensual experience, which can be expressed through participation in the creation of the environment.
There is a need to develop prototypical, eco-designed environments around the world; these environments must integrate the urban and the rural. People need to be provided with the facilities and resources to participate in the creation of their environments.
The catalysis of these prototypes will be facilitated through the development of network/teams of designers/scientists/planners/facilitators.

World Governance shall pursue knowledge vigorously and cautiously and use it responsibly to improve and support living in harmony with our evolving understanding of natural law by inviting and stimulating discovery.
