Ethiopian Infoset Organizer Spreads News of WSP

Dear Dianne Tangel-Cate,

Please accept my respectful greeting to all of you at the World Citizen Foundation.

Thank you very much for the issue of World Citizen News. From this issue, I learned more about the present situation of our world.

At present, the World Syntegrity Project has attracted the focus of many people in Kembolcha and around local towns. When I introduced the project and its goal, I was faced with some refusals from narrow minds, but I justified the notion for human rights and have shown copies of letters (such as those sent to the President of Ethiopia from World Coordinator Garry Davis) to show that it is our right. Then I was able to get the attention of some local authorities.

I also know I am right and so have expanded to spread news of the WSP into four nearby towns to inform people of the WSP world constitutional town meeting. I am encouraging people to contribute their individual voice to form a solid popular basis for one world constitutional law by the year 2000. Therefore, I have assigned organizers in each town to organize their Infosets. All organizers are from Kembolcha, all are experienced as they were participants at the previous WSP that took place in Kembolcha.

So far, I will coordinate all organizers with a program for effective orientation. The towns' proximity will enable me to visit and follow up all processes.

I am also organizing a large Infoset in Kembolcha for the second time. World citizens who have shown interest in participating in this Infoset are NGO workers, school teachers, public organizations, private and government employees of different sectors. I will try to increase the number of women attending because they should design their guaranteed law in the future world.

I will inform you regarding the specifics of the program for the newly organizing Infosets in South Wallo, Ethiopian local towns. With welfare wishes to you!

Yours sincerely,
Mohammed Yimer, Organizer, Regional World Syntegrity Project
