Supporter of World Government

Kembolcha, Ethiopia

To: World Citizen Foundation

I am a 22-year-old Ethiopian lady. My dream is for people to live together without being divided by language, color, and gender. I wish that our planet could be one home for everyone, not divided by states and countries. I would like to see people able to travel freely, with one passport and without cares about immigration. We should join to promote human rights and fight against man-made problems like war and famine.

I wish to obtain a WSA passport and become a member of the World Syntegrity Project because we share the same principles and goals. I am awaiting your letter, and hope to receive all your materials.

Yours,
Tigist Fekadeselase W/Tsadiek

Confusion About NWO

Cameron, Missouri, U.S.A.

Ms. Mason,

Thanks for sending me information explaining that NWO stands for "New World Order." I was afraid of that! Do you have any idea of the hatred toward those three words!?! From Maine to Florida to California to Washington, everybody hates the idea!

People feel negatively about world government because of the United Nations, and nobody has ever heard of the World Citizen organization. There is a definite drawback for your publication to use the NWO logo, in any way, shape, or form. People are confused between what you are doing and the United Nations. And to constantly spend the time explaining the difference to people leaves little of their attention left for the facts. I thought about joining and promoting the WCN, but I'm certainly not going to waste time explaining, to people, the difference in NWOs.

Thanks again,
Joe Bragg

Needs Documents

The Gambia

Dear Sir,

My name is Hussein Ghamlouche. I am a Liberian by birth.

I am taking this opportunity to tell you of my difficulties since I left Liberia due to the war. In Liberia, I lost most of my relatives and friends, and lost all my property as well. I had to flee Liberia to save my life. I took refuge in the Gambia and, through hard struggle, am doing very well here. Unfortunately, I have lost my passport and birth certificate and am unable to obtain them. A friend advised me to write to your office for assistance. Presently, I have only my national identification card.

I would appreciate it if you could send me forms from the World Service Authority to enable me to obtain a travel passport.

I would also like to receive information about the fees and how one can travel with such a passport.

I am awaiting your speediest response, and I thank you for your efforts on my behalf.

Yours sincerely,
Hussein Ghamlouche

World People's Rights

Kembolcha, Ethiopia

NWO Publications:

Thanks for sending me World Citizen News. As Martin Luther King said, "We have a dream" for this world. We shall struggle for the world's people's rights.

Since human beings are born equal and free, so should they live. One of the problems of the world is competition for weapons. If all people, especially those who are in power, cooperate to eliminate the nuclear weapons of the world, there would not be starvation, idleness, and many other problems.

Since nuclear weapons will kill everyone, why not live together as brothers and sisters? Why is it that those who are rich cannot help those who are poor?

Dear Mr. Davis, I invite you to please come one day to Kembolcha, Ethiopia, to discuss what we are going to do for the world people.

Yours faithfully,
Tesema Bedane Ture

More on Spiritual Sources

Montpelier, Vermont, U.S.A.

Dear Garry,

I read with interest the excerpt in WCN from the summary of Jeremy Narby's book, Spiritual Sources of Knowledge. Communication between species, particularly between humans and what are commonly believed to be "inanimate" species, has long fascinated me....

...A few years ago, I spoke with Thomas Berry about the nature of being human. He believes that our connection with all other species is a result of what he called "biocellular knowing." As he explained this, he ran a hand over his arm as if to demonstrate that what we all share is within us. It was an electric moment for me. I felt exactly what he was talking about, not just intellectually but physically. My arm tingled as he touched his own....

...I believe this kind of communication to attain specific knowledge (whether it be through tuning into DNA or through other means) is not limited to indigenous shamans in the rainforest. It may be more common among indigenous people in the rainforest because these people have an unbroken connection to the place they live, and therefore to the plants, tree, animals, insects, and specific sites of their ancestral home. The knowledge passed from nonhuman to human, and the ability to access this knowledge, is part of their culture-the stories, teachings, rituals, ceremonies, and ways of doing things-passed from one generation to another....

...I think that these ideas seem foreign to those of us living in the so-called developed world, especially the U.S., because we are many times removed from our ancestral lands.... To make matters worse, Western culture has an extremely negative impact on the human ability to communicate and participate with the natural world.... It takes great determination, commitment, and courage to maintain a traditional culture when it is being bombarded from all sides by something as loud and uncouth as Western culture.

Yes, we must do all we can to help traditional peoples not only survive but thrive into the future. And we also need to find ways of awakening our own inherent, but dormant, ability to "talk to the spirits." Our survival may depend on it.

Sincerely,
Susan Meeker-Lowry

WSA Passport Respected

Serbia

Dear President of the World Service Authority,

My name is Pokric Luka and I was born on 2/1/1953. I live in Subotica, which is part of the former Yugoslavia, in a Serbian state called Vojvodina. Subotica is a small town situated at the frontier of Hungary, which is why most of the population is Hungarian.

I have learned that the WSA passport is respected in most of the countries of the world, as are the holders of this passport. This is why I have decided to hold your passport and support its use throughout the world, to help all people everywhere who need help and freedom. I ask that you send me any forms necessary to acquire a WSA passport as soon as possible.

Because of the bad situation in Yugoslavia, I request that you send the forms to an address in Hungary, where I will be more certain to receive them than at a Subotica address.

I do hope for your reply in the near future, and thank you in advance for issuing me these forms to be the member and the holder of the highly regarded World Service passport.

Yours faithfully,
Pokric Luka

A New Era

Pasadena, California, U.S.A.

Dear Mr. Davis,

...You have probably heard of Maitreya. He is the Teacher Who has been expected at this time under various names (the Messiah, Krishna, Maitreya Buddha, etc.) by all the world's major religions. Of no particular nationality, He resides principally in the Asian community of London. He has come to begin a new era of brotherhood, justice, and peace by addressing the social, political, and economic problems that are plaguing the world....

...I have not personally met Maitreya, but I am certain of His physical presence in the world, He is the source of the tremendous shift taking place toward freedom and reconciliation in Germany, Russia, South Africa, the Middle East and elsewhere....

...I am convinced it is no accident that you are in the professional position in which you find yourself now. I urge you to make this best possible use of it....
