SERENDIPITY: EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED! - gold - AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS

Planning makes sense, but should never be holy.

Considering that serendipity plays an essential role in cultural history; directed action and serendipity do not exclude each other, but complement and even empower each other.

Optimal association with serendipity in yourself, your colleagues, your organisation and society can be learned and makes sense, more attention, time, space and money should be dedicated to serendipity by individuals and organisations without immediate partial or complete justification. The result will eventually be justified by those who are involved.

Next to "white" (sanctioned) work there would be space for "grey" (tolerated) and "black" (invisible) work. It is advisable to take unwanted effects into account when making and implementing decisions.

Toward world sovereignty, we recognize MAGIC as the creative force to embrace the sacred, to honor the mystery, to bring forth the sublime into the mundane, to celebrate the power of love, harmony & beauty, and to reclaim our divine inheritance.

To feel the mystery of magic, to experience it as the cosmic glue, connecting everything and everyone in this wondrous weaving called life, is to practice world citizenship. Magic bypasses the mind, comes from the heart, touches the soul. The essence is spirit. It holds you a moment, transforms you in a minute, touching ancient memories of futures past. Magic brings you back to your true self.

The importance of the roles of fool, clown, jester, trickster, artist, musician, and magician must be integrated into our social policy & process. We must educate with myth & music, magic & play; to best appreciate how we are all players on life's stage, in an ever-changing picture we renew each moment. We must recognize the significance of creativity and the necessity of dreaming the magic, merging the mundane with the mystical.

We, the World Citizens Infoset of Burlington, Vermont, USA encourage all groups to integrate magic, mystery and loving spirit into all due processes. We recognize that communing together, in awe and celebration, loving the magic, the dreams, the faith is pure benediction. From this sacred place, we can transform the patterns that bind us all within life's wheel, and brighten each one's inner light.

INNER SELF - CAIRO, EGYPT

We, the World Citizens of Cairo, Egypt, decry racism, promote peace and love. The arms of government of all countries use a kind of force to ensure this peace and love among the citizens; but on learning about and polishing, not the outer, physical self, but the inner self of the individual, one willfully encourages de-racism, because he becomes personally intimated with inspiration that humans are imbued with equal divine inheritance, proven by the fact that a child taken to another locality, and after some generation, displayed equal intellectual ability as those over there.

Through knowing, and by a system purely practical, of the inner self, the thinking process of an individual becomes purer and faster.

Peace and love, being important for unity everywhere today, become willful emanations from the inner fabrics of one's individuality. Less force will be needed from the outside, then, to enlarge the visible and know the invisible.

Therefore, this system must be set up by the World Government of World Citizens, and children and adults should be intimated about and made to pass through it and vice versa.

A wise and equitable global governance by sovereign global citizens can only be achieved if these citizens recognise and nurture a balance between body, mind and soul, inner and outer aspects of being.

A global community will only be sustainable and whole when the meta energy is love. As we see it, love is the essence of soul and is nurtured through being and acting in a caring, sharing, playful and creative way.

Through soul we are interconnected with all other living and nonliving things.

Universally, people should receive reinforced messages through home, school and the media to encourage them to simplify life. Enjoyment of life should be emphasized, "Stop and smell the roses". People should be encouraged to slow down and enjoy the moment without infringing on the rights of others. It should be universally acknowledged that there is positive physical, spiritual and emotional value in having joy and pleasure as an integral part of each persons's life. As sex is an integral part of pleasure; the belief that sex has moral, spiritual and pleasurable value as long as no one is exploited, is necessary and should be widely taught and discussed openly.
