The production of hallucinogen drugs is stimulated by consumption. Addiction to drugs is a product of need for compensation born by an individual who has no alternatives for establishing harmonic relationships with a society that is co-addictive and generates drug-addiction.
Society must provide the individual with the possibility of obtaining other kinds of rewards though art, work, science, and culture, by promoting and prioritizing those kinds of activities.
One of the ways to put an end to drug dealing is to abolish the sources of profit. Drugs will be legalized and the money destined to repress it will be invested in the promotion of research and public health strategies.

Grassroots revolution assumes the sovereignty of the individual as a valid member of planetary society. Any prohibition of that essential sovereignty of the people, both individually and collectively is a denial of the indivisibility of the human being with his/her humanity.

Margin prohibition as addressed by the term Grassroots Revolution stands as a metaphor for self-governance as sovereign world citizens which spans many dimensions of holistic human and planetary existence. The definitions include:
- Law - issues of personal sovereignty, criminality, and social control;
- Economics - decentralized economics and agricultural empowerment.
There is a need for small farms to be encouraged and that macro-agricultural business and control of seed pools be placed in the hands of small land owners.
- Ecology - Biomass and alternative fuel, biotechnology and agriculture
- Racism and Imperialism - as expressed in wars on drugs.

The Declaration of Hemp
We, the Hempsters, do hereby declare that the desecration of our environment can be healed by legalization and enlightened usage of the plant cannabis, as per the back page of "The Emperor Wears No Clothes."
To govern our world we want economic organizations doing business by utilizing resources in a sustainable renewable, natural, nonpolluting way. Hemp is a prime example, hydrogen for fuel etc., roll your own.
We also recognize that world governance include the following principles:
- all species have the right to continued existence
- resources be shared by ALL people
- supply and demand be released from the tyranny of profit
