Human beings in particular and cultures in general, flourish with the free expression of diversity. Cultural dialogue must be promoted with deep respect for individuality, within a framework of mutual acceptance and recognition which ensures full implementation of human rights.

There is one human culture. Let us understand and appreciate its many aspects. Multi-culturalism protects the diversity of human culture. Let us promote respect for each individual culture in the world. Sharing diverse cultures increases our understanding of human beings, fosters an equalitarian view of differences; broadens each individual's options in life; increases our opportunity to live an authentic life. Let us include the study of culture and language in children's education from an early age. Let us respect and protect languages and cultures and celebrate them so that their wisdom and uniqueness are preserved.
